Workshop: Recruitment Process Outsourcing.
Outsourcing the recruitment process can provide essential efficiencies and improve quality of service but is there a risk that reduced cost will lead to reduced quality of service? Arinso and Lansdowne - their new recruitment division - will look at Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and how to maintain the quality of service to employees and attract the right calibre of staff in a shorter timespan.
A case study looking at real life use of RPO will be also be presented.
Numbers for this workshop are restricted so book early to avoid disappointment.

Can you help with the latest question posted on the Club’s notice board?
Introducing a behavioural competency tool at director level
Q: I am looking at introducing a behavioural competency tool to assist with the recruitment and ongoing performance management of directors. Has anyone experience of introducing and using such a tool and comment on whether it has improved the quality of staff being recruited and assisted thereafter with performance management. A: I have introduced in several companies a competency based framework which measures core behaviours. This has been used for all levels of staff, including directors. This has been linked to a performance management system. If you need further information, let me know.
